Instructions: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and salt. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add egg mixture and cook until set, stirring occasionally. 3. spoon jam over the top of the omelette and fold in half. Serve immediately.
